Camp Withycombe is a two-story, $72-million Fast-Track Design-Build project. This facility is Oregon's largest military facility to date, and was recently awarded LEED Gold Certification. At approximately 50% design completion, the project obtained permits and started pouring the concrete footings, foundations, and installing the structural steel.
