This project consisted of master planning services for an established Air National Guard complex situated on approximately 245 acres of land adjacent to the Portland International Airport. The project required an extensive information gathering process and included creating digital drawing information of existing buildings and the site infrastructure. During the design process, alternative aircraft for the installation was studied in addition to incorporating and updating existing information from a previous master plan. The final master plan provides the Air Base with short-range and long-range development proposals over the course of the next 20 to 25 years.
